I dont have a pic but there still just as clean as regular hoods they just didnt pass quality control thats all. Its just a pull in the weave.

Now I'm wondering how hard hoodpins are going to be to install..

big difference in weight, probally weigh no more than 10 pounds? taking a guess. Hood pins are recomended with any carbon hood.

I just check all my new shipping prices and shipping went up nation wide 30% because of gas prices ect.

Just bought a hood from these guys. Hood looks real clean. Way better than the C-Tune carbon fiber hood that I had before. The hood aligns perfect and the edges are all smooth. It also comes with 4 long bolts and predrilled windshield wiper nozzle holes. I would recommend them for the price. It's worth every dollar. Pics coming soon.

I just bought one too. Not very happy with it. Yes the hood is clean, fits nice. But it wont completely shut. I slammed teh bejeezus out of it, very durable, but still wont shut. I bought a defect one, but you can't barely see the defect... just that it wont close properly.

My hood locks just fine but I did have to raise the latch up a bit and align the hood properly. I drove to Hayward with no hood and drove back home with it on. I went over the San Mateo bridge at 85mph with no problems.

haha Ok it worked. I lied the latch is adjustable. I just broke my washer spliter thing. Stillmatic you should have came to my shop since I'm in hayward as well.

If you look at the driver's side headlight, and look at the passenger's side. You'll see that it doesn't fit properly other than that, it's not a bad hood.

Stock s14 weighs 43Lbs. My CF hood weighed 14Lbs. I'm going to go with a JDM Dry Carbon next summer with all the body work. The CF is off and in the garage for good

Way better than the C-Tune carbon fiber hood that I had before. The hood aligns perfect and the edges are all smooth. It also comes with 4 long bolts and predrilled windshield wiper nozzle holes. I would recommend them for the price. It's worth every dollar. Pics coming soon.

Yes the hood is clean, fits nice. But it wont completely shut. I slammed teh bejeezus out of it, very durable, but still wont shut. I bought a defect one, but you can't barely see the defect... just that it wont close properly. If you're intersted. PM me. Latch is not adjustable.

I drove to Hayward with no hood and drove back home with it on. I went over the San Mateo bridge at 85mph with no problems.

You'll see that it doesn't fit properly other than that, it's not a bad hood.
