Window Trim

Okay so I've tried searching this for 2 days now. So please don't just say "search" or "you haven't tried searching enough". I'm sure this has been discussed time and time again so either idk the right name for it and that's why I couldn't find anything or I'm just blind. Either way I just need to know how to remove the window trim. I have an s13 coupe that a deer decided to run into. Dented the hell out of my quarter panel and shattered my quarter glass. If you are going to tell me to search this, could you at least tell me what to type in when searching? Thank you.

Sorry for the complaining, it's just I've come across a good 20 threads when searching for this where the only reply's on how to do it was "search"

Here is the piece that I need to take off my car.

I'm pretty sure it's bolted to the car under the rubber weatherstripping surrounding the door frame.
