You can run a push button off the side,just make a mount for a button like the old momo's

not all of them are metal flaked and i was also wondering if they sold horn buttons for them. i may be selling my 3 to 6 bolt adapter if i get the other steering wheel i want.

yea just use the grant hubs, they come with the little contacts and shit to make it all work.
