SR20DET flooding during startup

Friend power washed his engine bay, and now it floods the engine at startup. You have to unplug a couple injectors to get it to start, once it does it runs rough and the wideband shows lean. Seems the fuel lines are making quite a bit of noise, like you can really hear the fuel flowing through.

All factory Redtop SR20DET swapped into s13. Blew out all connections, Replaced MAF with reman SOHC KA, no leaking injectors, fuel pressure was spot on, no vac leaks.

I was going to check codes, but this ECU doesnt have the LED or adjustment knob.

Any ideas would be great, thank you!

Your description is pretty vague, what do you mean "blew all connections"

You said no vacuum leaks, but how did you confirm that?
Start with a good pressure test to rule out any vacuum leaks.

Then i would wire in a consult cable to see what the ECU is doing.

Blew out the connectors, is what i meant.

Vacuum leaks, basing this off the vacuum its pulling now compared to before it was messed up. Plus ive double checked all lines and even caped them to eliminate possibilities.

Threw his ECU on a friends car and it ran fine. Consult port is not an option, unfortunately. Going to ohm test the coolant temp sensor and check voltage on the TPS.
