I'm havning a problem, when I turn my ignition off my engine stays running, the rmps drop like it wants to cut off but it doesnt. and my dash lights stay on too, like brake, battery, seat belt, ect.

any ideas?

short in the ignition switch maybe? do you have a car alarm with remote start installed?

sounds like you have a short to power somewhere. hows the wiring look under the dash or around the steering column.

no alarm or remote start. and I havnt checked out the wiring in the steering column just yet.

First place I would check is around the steering column - look for any exposed wires that might shorting out or got pinched.

fixed it, it was my EGI relay.
