98 S14 Need Help

Ok So I have a 98 S14 with the KA24DE motor having some problems with it. The main problem I have now is the car runs and sounds great when the fuel pump isnt on (lol) as soon as I switch the fuel pump on it starts to choke and runs like its missing. Sounds good when you rev it but can barely idle and dies. Any suggestions?
Replaced the Fuel rail
the Fuel Pressure Regulator
fuel filter
and new O-rings for the Injectors

but no change =/

Runs and sounds great with the fuel pump off but like I said once I switch the fuel pump on it starts choking and dies, but when you rev it sounds good but holding it at 2000 rpms sounds like it misfires

timing checked and fine
Distributor check and fine and in time
getting proper fuel pressure

again runs good with the fuel pump off
chokes and misfires when the fuel pump is on
any suggestions or info would help thanks
