2003 Lexus Is300... Ls-Turbo/t56 Manual
I am putting this up for sale because I am buying a house and since me and my wife have 4 other toy-like vehicles it's time to narrow it down. This car runs and drives excellent like it would if it were built this way from the factory. This thing breaks necks like nobody's business, as you could imagine. Before I go any further, the chassis holds a SALVAGED title. It was involved in a minor front end accident in a parking lot, the front bumper was damaged. It has since been tubed in the front, and it has absolutely no residual damage from an accident. I have the title in hand and current California tags as well. On to the spec list, I'm sure I will forget a lot.
Please excuse the order, I write them as they come to me: Beautiful pearl white paint, some minor rock chips in the front bumper, and a few on the passenger front fender. Nothing crazy at all. Clean body 130k chassis miles All working Windows and door locks Working door locks and trunk from master key Decent interior compared to most of them out there, the interior is tan and black, typical dash scratches (not cracks) and a small hairline "rip" in the back of the passenger seat (hardly notice) and some minor non-puncturing cracks in the side of the drivers seat. No stereo at the moment, all wired up for a nice system. Rear mounted battery Brand new Niche wheels (18x8/18x9.5) with good tires (225/40 front 265/35 rear) Altezza grille Tinted rear Windows False headlight/turbo intake where high beam was Large 6 piston front calipers D2 coilovers Supra clutch type lsd and 3rd member Custom intercooler settup Knock off tial blow off valve Real tial Wastegate w/external dump tube Large aluminum radiator EBay universal manifolds, drivers cut and welded slightly for length Custom manifold connector Custom downpipe to a beautiful fully custom single to dual exhaust with plenty of muffling power, very quiet until under boost. Tubular front end reinforced 6" into the frame Notched and reinforced sub frame Lots of reinforcement underneath for extra strength for the obviously high torque output. Beautiful driveshaft, balanced Custom wiring harness Custom coil pack harnesses Working factory speedometer and tach Obd2 port in factory location with working check engine light Boost guage, wideband, and Mini cluster (plugs into obdii port, displays all kinds off stuff, currently set on iat, water temp, rpm [pointless] and voltage) all in a carbon fiber panel located in the factory nav area which still flips up and down, looks very cool Mr2 electric power steering pump with aluminum reservoir mounted on the valve cover 2004 gto t56 transmission with low miles, Hurst shifter, and no issues whatsoever. Very solid. 2004 ls1 gto accessories (oil pan, front drive assembly, intake manifold, throttle body, etc.) 2003 Silverado iron block 5.3L Ls based engine with under 100k miles Ls2 flywheel with New ls7 clutch Msd diy super conductor plug wires Speed density tune with a gm 3 bar map sensor 78mm offbrand turbo Custom aircraft grade turbo oil feed line Hallman pro manual boost controller set to 10-12 psi depending on elevation, very reliable and stable boost controller I'm sure there's so much more I'm forgetting. Cons: Hood sticks up just barely because of the intercooler piping, I'm sure it could be corrected Coil packs could be mounted slightly better No heat or a.c. at the moment. HOWEVER, all you need for heater is lines, I had them working at one time, and I have a custom condenser and line settup for an ls1 is300 that will be included so that you can have Working a.c. and make this you're ultimate daily driven race car. I don't have dyno numbers for this car, however with valve springs and a cam, I have made over 700 whp with a settup the same as this. I have an lq9 6.0 for it but I am keeping it for another car. For those who don't know about ls motors, they are very interchangeable, with no modifications. If you are unhappy with the longblock installed in here, I will swap it out with any longblock of your desire (ls1, ls2, ls3, lq4, lq9, etc.) for a fee. No discounts. Random misfires every now and then at idle, that's what you get for running a speed density tune. EBay turbo burns some oil at random times This car is so much fun to drive. The turbo screams and sounds awesome. Drives just as smooth at 20mph as it does at 100. I am fine with out of state buyers, but serious buyers only please. With that being said I am asking $12,000 obo, no dumb offers please. Please keep the negativity to a minimum (none preferred) 661-858-7027 I will try and get more pictures up tomorrow. Tired hands from typing the car is obviously dirty in the pictures. Last edited by culaphid; 08-26-2016 at 11:08 AM.. |

Bumping this up. Got some odd/interesting trade offers, mostly looking for cash unless you have something that I like...

I have all of the parts for a.c. and heater. If you come look at and show me you're serious we might be able to work something out if you're not in the position to install the parts.

Thank you for the kind words. If this doesn't sell in the next few weeks I'll throw the cam, springs, and 317 heads on as well as start fabbing up a twin turbo settup.
