SR Help - Turbo Oil Feed Port - SR20DET

Hi, I know many people have had issues with this turbo oil feed port being stripped. I got this block used and never realized that it was stripped there until I was installing the turbo lines. So I decided that I would helicoil it, I drilled it out and tapped it, that went just fine but upon trying to install the helicoil it doesn't want to go in easily, and if i give it any force the tang will bend. I got the helicoil kit from a co-worker, the first couple threads on the helicoil install tool were kinda messed up and I'm kind of thinking this is the problem as the helicoil begins to constrict the install tool is binding it up and stopping it from going further into the threads. The thing I don't get is that a thread chaser/restorer will go over the install tool with ease, but it is definately fucked up. The kit is meant for M12x1.25. I am in dire need of help, I'm nearing the end of my rebuild and this is a shitty speed bump.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Why the same thread in two different places?
