KA ka24de wont turn on need help

Hey guys,
ok so i have a 89 with a 92 ka swap, its been sitting in my driveway for a few weeks and i tried turning it on for a few minutes to get the fluids moving and when i revved it, it felt like it had an electronic limiter on it stopping it from going past 2500rpm. I thought it might have been limp mode or something. The next day, i came back and tried unpluggin the maf trying to see if that would fix that but it stalled during idle. It no longer turned on after that. After pluggin the maf back in, it still didnt start. The starter gets going and it wont turn over. I'm not sure if there is compression or not but it wont turn over. I dont want to try and start again because I dont want to flood the cylinders but does anyone know what might be wrong? I can't figure it out.

still need help, im thinking the ecu is the problem that it wont start but i still don't want to try to turn it on too much if it isnt starting because each time it smells like gas. I replaced the spark plugs and the sound changed up slightly like it has better compression but still no turn over.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?

You probably already flooded the engine, maybe one of your injectors got "stuck" open or something.... you won't know until you shove your fingers or something small into the intake plennium (i found it, removing the throttle body to be easiest) to comfirm its not a river of gas in there
.same thing happened to my old s14 ka swap so I just got rid of it instead

Mistake #1 is letting it sit with the possibility of gas flooding. That will very quickly was out your p-rings. Next you may try putting a new maf on and checking the wiring. My KA did that like I would not go over 2500 and would choke and die at idle.

Open your spark plug holes and disconnect your injectors to allow your cyls to dry. Then take your fuel rail off and verify proper spray.

I got it to crank, there was an issue with wiring and aparently, my ignition had no power so my plugs weren't sparkn but I fixed that and unplugging the Maf and plugging it back in while the car was on did the trick
