s13 S13 sr20 ems help!!

All you wiring gurus, please help!
First off here's my setup:

S13 SR20det Blacktop

Precision SC6262 Ball Bearing turbo T3 .63a/r
dual Tial 38mm Wastegates
Tomei solid lifters
Tomei Procam 270 in/ex
Tomei Stage 3 dual spring head kit
Ferrea Comp Valves
Freddy Intake manifold
Injector Dynamics ID1000cc injectors
Godspeed top feed fuel rail
Circuit Sports FPR
dual Walbro 255 fuel pumps
Full Race downpipe
3" straight pipes
Megan Racing test pipe
SPEC stage 4 clutch
Fidanza lightweight flywheel
Circuit Sports lightweight pulleys
Splitfire DIT coilpack kit
Megan Racing track coilovers 12/10
Tomei Tecni Trax 2way diff
AEM Truboost gauge/controller
AEM Wideband O2
Wiring Specialieies wiring harness

So I have everything, it's just waiting to be installed. My problem is that I bought a Wiring Specialities harness with the AEM AIT option to use with the AEM Series 2 EMS not knowing it was a plug and play unit. I'm just trying to figure out what EMS (the Series 2 or the EMS4) I need to work with my harness, along with what sensors I need to purchase.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I just want my car running again, my 2011 automatic Chevy Cruze is killing me!!!

Thanks,
Richard
