How hot should my KA be? (bored out)

I feel like it could be running a bit colder with the fans, but when I'm driving its around 75ºc or so, and sitting idle with the fans at ~88-89ºc. Now without the fans it runs ~110ºc. I've bled it, and to the best of my knowledge that there is no more air in it. I am bored .020 over with low compression pistons, larger valves, and a Koyo aluminum "street" radiator. I know its not much, but would the missing material, and "bigger explosion" from more air, not absorb as much heat? Its just bugging me since everything I've read about people not running fans with the koyos/bigger radiators and still running around normal temps.

Do you have a fan controller? Sounds good at idle. But, sounds like the fan could stand to cut off while driving.

Where are you taking the temperature reading from?

What Thermostat do you have?

i have defi temp gauge, stock thermo, fans cut off at 82ºc, and i'll have to take it around the block again to see if my driving temps are that cool, i think they are.
