I was wondering if anyone here could give me some advice on this fix?

Take the manifold off and get the flange resurfaced.

pull of the manifold, seperate the turbo, remove stud, put a new stud were the old one broke, place a new steel gasket between the two. (not graphite cuz it will blow out) put it back together and ur done
