Clutch problems after sr install

OK so I just had my sr rebuilt and I'm currently installing it. After hooking the slave cylinder up I went to check the clutch and it just seems to suck to the floor and I'm not seeing any movement of the slave cylinder at all when I'm pressing the clutch. Any ideas what this could be? The engine has been out a for a while if that helps at all. I'm stumped

Did you bleed the clutch assembly? The slave cylinder and damper box (pending you haven't removed it and its an s13) both have to be bled. If there is air that would explain no movement.
