problem with fuel pump
i just did a ka24e to ka24de swap using DE harness, ecu, engine and trani, however when i turn the key i get spark, but no fuel is going through the engine. i checked the fuel pump and its getting 12v back to the fuel pump but its not turning the fuel pump on. i tried hooking up my fuel pump to my other s13 and it turns on just fine so the fuel pump is good. any suggestions? thanks for the help in advance

well here check the fuel rail see if there is pressure up at the rail the pump may be turning on and you just dont hear it they are quite..... also pull the pump out and hook it to a 12v source for a very very quick second see if it turns on

to check the pressure there should be a fitting on the rail. Like as you would see on a tire to inflate it???...If not take the fuel line off the rail(not the return line) this will be the line closest to the fpr (fuel pressure regulator) and hook a gadge.. you could get one from auto zone and hook it up to the fuel line hope this helps i really dont know what else can be causing you problem srry man....there might be a reset prosedure for the fuel pump i know fords are like that like if the car was in an accident the fuel pump needs to be reset but as for nissan im not sure
