just blew my motor need some help on performance parts
i just blew my motor rings went out, low compression on 3 and 4th cylinders i want to rebuild it but im not sure if i should stroke it or go with the stock bore here are the parts i want to get..so far my s14 sr is stock internally...
cp pistons/ eagle rods intake/ exhaust cams tomei poncam new turbo 2871rs and manifold new injectors/ maf...what size injectors should i get??? FMic head gasket...any prefence with any brand or size??? power fc and all new bearings gaskets seals etc... does that sound good or am i missing something |

First question you should always ask is, what's your HP goal and whats the car gonna be used for? No point of going crazy boring out the engine if your goal is 350hp...

He is exactly right...Its gunna take a lot more than just a few cool sounding parts that come to mind before you jump into something research research research and once you have made your decision research again. You will be much more satisfied knowing you made all the right decisions.

agreed. Sr20det has great potential even on a stock block.. if ur on a budget a fresh rebuild with oem parts/rings/seals should be suffice
