I've almost given up on looking for a clean s-chassis for a decent price.

I need a car pretty badly, and have up to $2,000 to spend on one. I don't want to have to spend more than $1700 but if the car is right, then I will.

Anything with A/C, smogged within 90 days, and a clean title. Daily drivers, whatevers. I'm about to leave the "spend shitload of money on car" scene for a bit because I'm leaving my house and cannot afford it.
