Parts list for forging sr20det bottom end

Ok guys. I have a stock sr20det blacktop atm. I have a p11 ve head on the way which will be going on. I intend to gather parts for forging the bottom end to cope with 500hp. As their is no manual in English I am struggling to find a list of parts that I need.
If someone could give me a little advice.
Note,I do intend to keep it 2.0. The engine is low milage but intend to take no chances. Anything needing uprated Will be.

come on man. ive never said this to anyone before.. but just SEARCH. youll need pistons, rods, bearings, get the rotating assembly balanced. arp main and head studs. good head gasket like cosworth. make sure to measure all clearances (plasti guage, micrometers), no different than any other motor. SR's sre very simple motors to work with

S14 manual is in english...

Get some Eagle rods, some forged pistons fresh bearings. Fresh OEM oil pump and get it shaved down to match the block and you're good.

So you're going to be forging the bottom end stuff huh? Are the four winds going to forge them with a hammer of blood upon an anvil of honor?! lol
Enjuku has some nice packages for the bottom end
