engine harness should be the easy part on a project of this size. I would be interested on following your build, preferably here, but anywhere else if I have to. Just last year I was planing on doing a similar project, but on an 13 coupe. bcnr33 powertrain and drivetrain down to the front strut towers. Stock 33 attesa system to split the torque. But when I finally had the cash to get started, I chickened out... Im still contemplating it.
What are you doing to control the awd system? Stock attesa ecu, or aftermarket torque splitter? Which way did you go for the front suspension? I was planning on cutting and re-enforcing the front rails and swaping the towers. It would have to use the gtr's front double wishbone suspension. Plan was pretty much to have a stock bcnr33 in an s13 skin.
Been done before. I even contacted people who have done it and collected plenty of info on it.
Here's some of my inspiration. Two different cars.

I used r32 gtr towers/suspension with r33 coilovers. I have completed all the chassis related metal fabrication and the car sits on all 4. Check out my instagram for some pics. I will be using a full-race ets-pro.
