CA 1989 240sx hatch with a sr20 fs

It is time to sell my project. it has been a good one. The engine is a sr20 red top that has been in the car for over 10 years, this engine is not like the ones imported now. the engines that are imported now are the bottom of the barrel ones. The car has its registration up to date and is drivable. Now the exterior is about a 6 out of 10 and the interior is a 7 out of 10 in my opinion. Here is the list of mods
