Talking multi after market guage setup question

can i or is it safe to use the accessory signal as the power signal for all my after market gauges. i see no point into tapping into numerous signals ie power sources...but if i have to, then i have to

it's fine just make sure you stick a fuse in there just in case something where to happen to all that wire clutter, a small 7.5A should be fine.

..ok so what your saying is ground all the grounds, to one point. then bundle up all the power sources together (for the gauges) and befor i connect all of them to the source, put a inline fuse 7.5a...correct, if so i have a left over inline fuse holder for a 15a circuit. i should be good...thanks for the help bro

you can put all the grounds at 1 point depending on how many there are but it wouldnt hurt to have more than 1 ground point just to be safe

i would really recommend using a relay, pull a power source wire that's a larger gauge wire use the power source as your "trigger" wire. i would not power all your gauges off that one wire.

i wouldn't power multiple gauges from the same wire, you can ground to the same point but don't pull from the same.
