Description:
- 1998 Black S14
- clean title on hand
- JDM conversion
- 215k miles on body and motor
- car located in Carson, CA

Reason for selling:
- too many 240s
- looking to buy a new and economic daily driver
- need a truck to do work around the house

- V6 T100 or Tacoma preferred
- Tentative: clean stock manual z33 or g35 in good condition (not putting money on my end)

Body:
FuLL JDM Conversion - all authentic OEM pieces painted to match:
- Rear Wing
- Rear Bumper
- Rear Valences
- sideskirts
- Front Bumper with dealer installed optional lip
- replaced old foggy headlights with new ones

Motor and drivetrain:
- original KA
- mechanically sound and reliable (my current daily)
- can perform a compression check in front of you prior to sale
- AC and heater work fine
- oem radio with CD player (shitty but they work)
- good dash
- 5 speed converted with OEM parts (no CEL)
- sourced out s14 transmission
- new speed sensor
- new CPS sensor
- 97/98 manual ecu sourced
- OEM flywheel lightened, resurfaced and balanced
- new OEM Exedy clutch put in about a month ago
- J30 VLSD unit installed in an s14 open pumpkin
- swapped and verfied backlash by me before installing
- Maintenance (oem parts):
- replaced front main seal to fix leak
- replaced power steering hoses to fix leak (oem fluid)
- new cap and rotor
- Rotella T, Mobil 1 or Royal Purple oil (current) only
- MT90 in transmission and Redline 75w90 in diff

Suspension and brakes:
- Zeal Function XS 6 way adjustable coilovers with z32 rear mounts
- z32 rear uprights with Skullworks/Defworks spherical bearings
- SPL tension rod (version previous to new one)
- Peak Performance RUCA
- PowerTrix toe and rear traction arms
- Front and rear Progress swaybars - 3 way adjustable with pillowball endlinks
- Front and rear Z32 brakes
- 26mm fronts rebuilt by me
- R33 ebrake cables with working ebrake
- New Hawk HPS front and rear pads (done a few months back)
- z32 17/16 BMC
- Cusco strutbar
- ARP extended studs with Gorilla nuts
- oem SE wheels

The Bad:
- leather interior has seen better days
- tear in driver side shoulder
- rear has weather/sun damage
- small carpet tear in driver side foot area
- has alarm but will need to be re-done
- sunroof sticks (replacement will be included)
- some trim panels are faded
- small dings and chips on the oem paint
- tranny pops out of 2nd and 4th gears on occasion
- keeping the exhaust (will put an oem one on)

bumper is easy to come by
valences are getting harder to find

yup, never thought I'd put it up for sale
but already own another s14 which is actually my project
and a hatch I can't seem to make up my mind to let go

hmmmm... lets see what I could do to potentially lower the price
I could remove the front bumper/lip and put another black kouki bumper without lip
I think I have the majority of the stock suspension and could revert it back to stock - arms, shocks, etc... take out the Zeals and maybe put a set of Tein HEs on it
I could also remove the swaybars and put the stockers back on...

I'm flexible people

yeah, a good paint job is key
think I paid ~$700 to get the trunk, wing, rear bumper and valances painted

well, talked to my brother and he agreed to let go of his 1989 Toyota pickup
in exchange for my hatch so no longer in an immediate need of a truck

s14 still is for sale or trade for a 350z or g35 but no rush
and, again, I can remove parts on the s14 to bring the price down

I see you're 19 years old so I can sympathize, it is a lot of money for a kid
but take heart, stay in school (pay close attention to your English classes, trust me on this)
work hard and maybe one day you too could have a car with nice parts

to stay on topic, some stuff I forgot:

front LCAs have Nismo bushings with new Moog balljoints pressed in
new Moog inner and outer tie rods and dust boots were also installed at the same time
ES steering rack bushings were also installed
rear z32 calipers were also rebuilt at the time when the car had Brembos
subframe collars were also installed when I first got the car

parts I have but not installed that I can throw in:
Nismo motor mounts
Walbro fuel pump
new front hubs with Redline grease
new rear bearings
couple of Nismo subframe bushings (was in the process of hunting down the other two)

I could also provide an additional s13 transmission for the potential buyer to rebuild at leisure

HA, still doesn't justify 9k... More like 7000 as it sits with the r33 wheels. Even then that is pushing it. The parts don't add that much value, now if it were cleaner and had a swap of some sort, then 9k is a fair obo price, yes, obo. Come on now man, you've got to be smarter than you portray yourself, especially after your last response.

you're more than welcome to try
there seems to an abundance of them lately
