s13 fuel pump not sealing causing fuel leak

Was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me, my fuel pump seal seems to not be doing its job as soon as i turn on my car fuel begins gushing out. I have tried a couple O-rings from Nissan and new hardware, I am not sure if I am missing something here or what, but was wondering if anyone else has the same issue. I am thinking of putting rtv along with a O-ring to see if that will help. I would appreciate any feedback thanks.

this video is what is happening but much worse.

What O-ring?

If you put RTV on a rubber part or to try to seal gasoline, you have royally fucked up.

Does it do it with the feed & return lines connected? Noticed they aren’t connected in the video.
