My ka24de wont start. Please Help!!!!

Hello everyone. So im calling all car gods cause myself and my good friend a master mechanic can't figure this out yet. I need anyone that knows what there doing to please help.

My car is a 1992 ka24de hatchback 240sx manual. It ran fine for months and then one day it just didn't start. So I brought it to the shop and figured out that it wasn't getting spark or fuel. We ended up changing the ecm out to a good working one from my buddies car and voila i have fuel and spark. Im getting a really bright injector pulse signal and a pretty low spark. I've done a compression test also and even though its low im getting around 130-135 across all four cylinders. I've checked all fuses and relays. the car cranks and cranks while getting fuel and spark but no start. Ive checked continuity and resistance with just about everything. the only thing im not getting continuity from is the power transistor so far but its strange because I have spark. theoretically it should fart, pop, or something but it does nothing. Im getting pissed with it. This is my eleventh 240sx and Ive never had an issue like this at all. Also the ecm diagnostics read 55 (system ok) so idk and also are snap on scanner says it has no connectivity to the Nissan 2 diagnostics plug. Please give me good feed back. I don't need any f***ing childish non sense. Don't mind my grammar not the best.

Oh man this could be a bunch of things. Let's start with spark. Have someone crank and pull the spark plug. Touch it to a bolt on the valve cover. No spark? Pull the cable coming from the ignition coil. Check for spark there. If there is, then distributor/cap/rotor is the issue. For fuel, when you turn the car to the on position, does the fuel pump prime? Have someone turn the car to the on position and hold the fuel line coming from the fuel filter and see if it has pressure for the first 5 seconds of turning the key. Report back and we can go from there.

Thank you for the help but I said before in the original post that it is getting fuel and spark. It primes the fuel system perfectly and gas travels thru the filter and rail perfectly. Everything ignition wise also is in good working order. I need something else to work with we have tried almost everything.

engine only need spark fuel air. If its pumping air (compression) then the next thing on the list is spark. If you see spark and have brand new plugs and all the ignition stuff is factory and tuned up (not to mention spark at the right time check your timing)- the last thing on the list is fuel. try starting fluid to verify that it isnt getting enough. Try unplugging the injectors to verify if its getting too much.
