ECU plug doesnt even have consult wires pinned

I went to try to hook up my consult cable to my car and realized it wasnt working. After taking a look at my ecu plug, I realized that there arent even any wires pinned into 7, 14, 15, or 23. Why would there be an instance where that wasnt even present?
It's a 92 with a redtop SR, 63 ecu

How should I go about hooking up my consult port? I cut the consult port off from the drivers side to go and splice it into the ecu when I realized there werent even any wires pinned into those slots. I went everywhere in town looking for a place that sold those pins so I can just put pins onto my consult port wires and pin them in myself; but apparently I cant find anywhere that sells the pins. Any suggestions?

do you have a old harness lying around? If so, just unpin some random wires and and plug them into the sr harness connector. And then splice the consult connector wires in to those

Interesting..that would really suck to find as you go to get things running. Bet it was removed if those are the right pins.

Went to the pick n pull and had no luck in finding any spare ecu harnesses or connectors. Grabbed a bunch of random connectors, hoping it I can just depin one and use those pins but none of them came out or were right. Any other suggestions?
