because of this dumbass crackhead who broke into my garage and stole $3500 worth of my tools and a honda generator. I need new tools to work on my car. I'm selling off stuff of which will fund replacements. Insurance only paid out a third of what i have. i need specific tools to do the job right and for my side job. nothing has been recovered. time is running out and winter is coming. help me out my zilvia community.

that's how I caught him. he took off 5 minutes after the alarm told me the garage was open. then i searched facebook there it was some of my shit he was selling. by the time cops got him my shit was gone. just evidence to charge him.

You mean to tell me they can’t confiscate any profits he made off this and return that to you? Judge can’t garner his wages until its paid in full? Our justice and insurance systems are so unfair. You should have the right to be made whole, not partially.

the thief got rid of them before the cops had the chance to get my stuff back. he got more of a slap on the wrist than prison time. 2nd degree felony burglary. he's back on the streets again. he's still active on my friends pages and his page on facebook. insurance fucked me over because some of my tools"did not have some receipts. more than 3 years old and wont be in credit card system" they were suppose to pay me for the depreciation but never received $400 bucks. so in total loss, i lost $2800 in tools. this also includes the deductible. i've replace at total of $900 of tools
