sr problems

I recently got my sr running in my 90 240. It runs extremely rich and the idle moves about 300 rpms. Just recently it stopped idling. It will idle at 700 when its cold but when it warms up it wont idle. It runs really bad and studders at low throttle. At higher throttle it runs ok but not much power. It pulls to 3k rpms then gets louder and stops pulling sometimes. The timing is right on. This morning the battery was dead and the egi relay was buzzing. Any help would be appreciated.
