Worked flawlessly before being pulled for an EFR turbo which already has an incorporated BOV. This was ran recirculated to the intake on a MAF setup and never caused any issues stalling, etc. Other BOV's can cause issues even when recirculated, but this Synapse worked perfectly. Comes with universal adapter which has been silicone-sealed with a C-clip and tested to 20+ psi. (O-ring did not fit)
