Start engine with coil pack off the head and used spark plug in boot, make sure plug is grounded to valve cover.
This way you can see if it's sparking or not.
If it sparks, then more like fuel problem....
Is it missing only at idle?

Just let the tread section of spark plug sit on valve cover and position it so you can see the spark.
If it's missing all the time then, it's not vacuum leak.
You can also remove valve cover to check #2 locker arms to see it's there.

Usually... when ignitor goes bad, no spark to all the cylinders, not just one.

Wrong, one channel of the ignitor can fail.

Swap coilpacks between cylinders, if the misfire moves cylinders, there's your culprit.

Otherwise, its wiring or ignitor.
