1995 240sx Horn Won’t Stop Blowing
My horn started blowing non-stop while driving. I checked the fuse and the fuse was fine. To stop it, I pulled the relay switch. Believing that the relay switch was the problem, I replaced horn relay and it started to blow uncontrollably again. Please advise.

Yeah. Something is grounded and triggering the horn. Should prob mention if you're using an aftermarket steering wheel and hub.

If you're lowered are your fender harness' tucked? I had the same thing happen to me back in the day with my old S14 when the tire rubbed into the harness on the driverside, causing the horn to ground out and get stuck on. I was a noob back then and didn't think to pull the fuse so I drove 20 miles home from my friends house with the horn blaring lol.
