These are cleeeeeaaaan. Only been through one set of tires on these. No rash. Some tiny tiny chips/scratches here and there, but nothing noticeable unless your face is right up in them looking for scratches. Still have the blue plastic on the center caps. Original boxes and packaging. There is a pair of plastic Nissan (73.1mm to 66.1mm) hubrings in the boxes as well. The stuff on the barrel is just tire lube, not scratches.
