So I am at a real loss on what the issue is and really don't want to have to drop the whole assembly. Anyways this is an audible clicking as the motor slips or struggles opening or closing the glass. I do notice some unevenness to the way it opens and closes. It also usually stops about 3/4 the way and I have to click the button again to make it keep going. I have cleaned the tracks, I notices some plastic and rubber bits like something broke but can't pinpoint it. I cleaned and greased the motor and tracks. I noticed that if I pull the shade or push it up so that it is more even the glass moves a lot better.

Ok So I think I am getting close, I think it has to do with the Sim that holds the glass rail male to the rail female ( part 73626-01F00).

If you look at this picture, the part right behind the shade stopped moved freely up and down, where as the other side does not move.

And here is a GIF of the play I'm talking about in action. This happens when I git the glass a slight push up.

Any help would be appreciated.

OK, so I was able to remove the glass and take a closer look at the rails, I think my initial assumption was wrong. Looking at the other rail the guide that is actually attached to the glass was broken. You can see it from these photos.

Now I am getting confused when I look at the parts sheet.
I am having a hard time locating which part I am looking at, I think it is 73633. but I am not sure.

Any Guidance?
