I needed something car related to listen to. I had a moment where i caught up to all the current podcasts i like and did some exploring into new automotive material.
Given i saw it was 'Donut' i wasn't expecting much. But saw they did a podcast on Mid Night Racing Team a while ago that peaked my interest.

So i gave it a listen, and it sounds like it's literally them reading the wikipedia article (which has been confirmed by Mid Night members as bullshit) with some banter in between. Fuck me dead they had no idea what they were talking about.

And when was this time? Slavery came to the land that is now the USA over 400 years ago. Slavery 'ended' 160 years ago. Segregation 'ended' 55 years ago.

Black people still get killed by the police at much higher rates. Black people get imprisioned at much higher rates. Black Americans have worse public health outcomes. Black Americans have a small fraction of the wealth of white Americans. Black Americans are not represented proportionately in government, business, etc.

This stuff is so brazen you have to choose not to see it.
