CO 1995 Nissan 240sx, Light ESP prep or blank slate for something more

Finally selling my Autocross car, I haven't used it for a while and don't see me finishing the pile of projects I had lined up for it. Here's the details.

1995 Nissan 240sx. 124k miles, 2.4l, 5 speed, base model (no sunroof mostly). The car is located in Colorado.
I bought the car in 2005 and had it as my daily driver for a few years, but since 2007 it has been a second car, in storage, etc. I was pretty regularly driving it in various stages of STX and DSP (now ESP) up to about 2015. It's quite far from "done" for street prepared and I just don't have the time to do anything with it anymore, including race it.
The car is in great shape. There's no rust anywhere and has been pretty reliable, but there is an issue with the fuel gauge, probably in the tank, and the driver's window motor or controller just went out. The paint and body are about what you would expect from a 30 year old car with 124k on it. The clearcoat on the trunk is shot and the hood looks a little cloudy. The roof has been repainted. I'm thinking $12k but can be flexible.
