s13 1990 S13 FS5W71C Transmission help

So I'm trying to fix the issues with my transmission on my 1990 Nissan 240sx that I picked up a year ago. I haven't drove it with this issues. I pulled apart my
Transmission because it was making noise while in neutral. I found a few problems. also, it looks like this transmission has be opened before.

My main drive gear, Sub-gear, and Counter drive gear are damaged, but what I found odd was the Sub-gear wasn't really lined up with the counter drive gear.
So it messed up the main drive gear. This can't be correct right? Is the sub-gear incorrect because some spots seem to line up and others don't

almost looks like it's on backwards...lol. Without the bearing off it's hard to say. It could be a wrong one (there were so many variations of that transmission that someone could of easily put on the wrong part).

Yes, The input shaft gear has a lot of wear and counter gear. I'm going to replace them. I just wanted to make sure that sub-gear ( the small washer gear thing in front of the gear) was in correct. I was just looking over everything and that really just stood out to me.
