Do you do paypal as friends and family or good and services? Im not familiar with this type of trading.

Friends and family will remove PayPal's fee but you won't be able to file a claim if the seller doesn't deliver the goods to you.

Goods and Services is subject to PayPal's fee but it's protected. I recommend you use this option ALWAYS.
