Lmao! That biker just laid spread eagle My friends and I can't figure out why all the Honda boys blip their throttle so much? Even when they park the car they blip like idiots. Every time I see someone blipping in a car that isn't a Honda I automatically assume they used to own a Honda

I feel like im that guy driving around normal cars at lights... I have to rev a good 2kish to get out of gear for my puck clutch to not stutter or stall and I feel like the biggest dickhead in stop/go traffic. Meanwhile my friends manual swap sc300 I literally dont even have to give 100rpms of gas to get out of 1st.

I feel the same way. Even if I rev to like 1000-1500 to everyone else it seems like I'm ready to race.

I think the anti-drift tax has begun to surpass it. By that I mean, the cleaner, more stock, and best preserved examples, that don't look like drift cars, are really gaining value.

20 years from now I expect these to be a collector car similar to a muscle car era Camaro. A lot of the guys that wanted one when they were younger or had a project they enjoyed but abandoned will begin to make real money and start buying them up as a nostalgia trip.

nO THEY won't. And the reason that they won't is because a stock 240sx is fairly useless as a regular car. Them, in stock form, while attractive, aren't fast, don't have any remarkable features, and aren't doing anything interesting. 60's era muscle cars can be restored to original factory specs and still be cool. Now, I'm not saying that our generation won't snag up 240's to modify down the line. But I am saying they won't become a collector's item because it's the equivalent of a Civic being a collectors item and they're really nothing more than economical cars that WE made cool. I mean, how many KA versions are on this site...that is dedicated to 240's?

Civic's are incredibly more common. An all original, low miles 240 is very rare now, its only going to get more rare. I'm not saying they're going to break auction records but I definitely expect the well preserved ones to get pricey down the road and I'm not surprised by the 15k price tag on that one.
