CA 2002 yamaha yzf-r6

I have a 2002 yamaha yzf-r6 which needs new plastics, new speedo, maybe new clutch, has clean california title, but was laid down, and has minor hairline crack in the frame, comes with lien paperwork, registration just expired 2/08/2013 i have a speedo off a different bike I can include with it. the bike is mechanically sound, frame needs repair, and new body plastics, starts on first try, revs good.
asking $2000 or best offer, open to reasonable trades, can't take photos with my android tablet, unless the mods can show me how to connect my camera and upload my pix, I am forced to txt them to you via cell phone.
