I may have found a source for a fj20 for my 540 build so I'd like to find a tentative buyer for my current Sr build. S13 red top Sr20det with the following items. I can assemble long block as well.

Wiseco 9.1:1 forged pistons
Manley h beam rods
Full BC cable train (stage 2 cams, springs, retainers, cam gears)
Excedy flywheel
Act clutch
Freshly done head (valve job, surface check on very precise machine)
Bronze valve guides
MLS head gasket
Brand new front cover (oil pump)
Brand new water pump
All hoses, etc
High capacity oil pan
Oil cooler
Top mount t3 turbo manifold with external wastegate
Arp main studs and head studs.
Clevite bearings

Everything has already been machined and is ready for assembly. Asking 4k obo. Please call or text me at 913-530-4646 if you are interested. Located in Kansas city, will crate and ship on buyers dime.

Is thus a bad deal? I don't think a person could buy a Sr in good condition and gather these parts for any less than 4500
