Starter went bad in my s13 SR20 last week. I replaced it with a new mishimoto oem replacement starter.

The issue I'm having is: when I turn over the key all you hear is the solenoid click 1 time. (Lights come on and everything so I am getting power to the starter)
The car wil start if it is jumped off. I am loosing voltage somehow and it's just enough so the starter won't turn over.

I have checked/cleaned all the grounds and even replaced one. Battery has been charged and tested results: good
Note:battery relocated to rear

I'm dumb founded on what it could be
