Tire sizes front and rear are 225/40R18 on 18x10s all around.

Something about the lip bugs me, stepped lip looks so much better on these 1 piece cast designs.

For S13s, 18x9's will fit in front but will require a spacer to clear coilovers, but will fit in the back fine. Major roll or slight pulling is mandatory if you want to run 18x10s in the back.

These should clear the Brembos on your GTR. If you want to make sure you can stop by if you're local.

Around 10-20mm. Sorry we can't be more exact as measurements weren't taken before the pull.

These look cheap as fuck, but who gives a damn because that's exactly what they are. Any info on Z brake clearance? I'm assuming there's not much thickness on the pads/discs given the lip sizes.

Konig's site lists 18x9 as a +22 by the way. Clarification?

They should clear Z brakes as well. For clarification 18x9 is 22mm offset and 18x10 is 15mm offset.
