Thumbs up Update

Future Work:
-Looking for a new/used SR trans, as the trans leaks like crazy AND is having issues from first to second
-Replace clutch/flywheel at the same time (might as well) feels like flywheel is steel/OE too. LOL

Correct/replace at this point:
-Left engine mount bolt backing out on top, missing lower bolts R/L
-Head gasket replacement
-All AN fittings to valve cover *(catch tank, etc) were loose

-Replace Tires (3)
-ISR power steering kit needed to correct (make gravity feed) PS leak
- Identified and repaired fuel leak from rear
Fuel Line from Tank Assembly to line cracked and clamps not tight, Fuel High pressure hose from tank pump assembly had the incorrect fuel line.*(not meant for high pressure). Replaced fuel line with correct fuel hose and added new clamps
Return hose from hard line to tank was cracked, replaced also with new line and clamps
Ground wire for fuel pump and also sender has been ziptied *(looks like the solder connection broke and fixed by ziptie to secure wire to connection)
-gas tank dented but whatever

-replace rear sway bar links (bent)
-traction rods replacement (lock nuts loos on heim joints and stripped)
-FLCA heim boots broken
-FLCA heim joints not even, lock nuts for adjusters are rounded out
-Front brake lines not secured to shock body, front shock body brackets are swapped left to right
-Valve cover is missing bolts, one stud is broken in head and also missing grommets where coil packs are mounted
-Turbo water lines that go to turbo for cooling is tee'd, does not have a in or out (fabing new in out lines) so no water actually getting to the turbo
-Test pipe has a open hole for temp sensor *(exhaust leak) Just fitting a bolt to it
-radiator fan *(one on pass side) is not hooked up, Looks to also have a temp switch for driver side to activate fan at certain temp but may not be working
-power steering pump looks to have small leak from fittings

-shock adjustments:
FL 7 back from full stiff FR 11 back from full stiff
Rear adjuster on Left is not installed/mounted correctly *(cannot see where adjustment is)
Installing “new” coilovers I got from Wolfreign(D-Max) good guys over there

Not a significant issue:
-dented gas tank
-dented down pipe
-outer turbo coolant lines rubbing wastegate bolts
-air filter rubbing on swirl pot
-engine harness grommet on firewall missing
-Engine harness grommet missing on firewall
-Battery has no tie down

Additional things found in disassembly:
-Using LS coil wires so they don’t clip in that well (probably go over to spitfire setup I saw for sale on here)
-Diff Fluid and Transmission Fluid came out dark and burnt looking
-Incorrect bolts installed for coil overs *(non factory)
