Max Power on SR20 block without Sleeving ?

What is the most power you have made on a SR20 block without sleeving ? & for how long?

Mazworx says 400 which is BS

I personally seen 730whp @ 35psi @87mm bore

I heard some people in Australia have done 800hp without sleeves

This is a subject you will get different answers to. Mazworx prob say that to be my n the conservative side. It all depends on how much the motor is abused and used

The block starts to distort around the 600whp mark. Obviously, there are factors that can effect this. However, it’s safe to say that over 600whp, you need sleeves in order to keep it together.
