2007 Honda Civic SI- 116k miles- Stock- Perfect Daily Driver!

SOLD!!!

For sale is my wife's 2007 Honda Civic SI Sedan in Nighthawk Black Pearl. Had our first child and decided we need to move to something a little bigger.

Price- $8000
Also open to trades for 4 door hatchbacks or wagons + cash. No project cars, no SUVs or CUVs. Must be reliable and have a manual transmission.

Car has 116xxx miles, and has been her daily driver. Dealer serviced at recommended intervals. Never tracked or driven hard. Will continue to be driven every now and then until sale, so mileage may rise slightly.

Car is in fantastic mechanical condition and has given us no problems whatsoever. Has regular signs of wear on the interior but is in overall great shape as we always had seat covers and weathertech floor mats. Only thing not working as it should is the auxiliary port. There is also some sun fading in the paint on the passenger side front fender, roof, and trunk.

Recent maintenance-
-New Clutch Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder- 101k Miles
- New Brake Pads- 108k Miles
- Last oil change- 114k Miles
- Alignment being done Tuesday- (1/2/18)
- New Battery (05/09/17)
- New Alternator (05/09/17)
- Hood repainted (05/25/17)

Only modifications are a Takeda Short Ram Intake, JDM front, rear, and steering wheel Honda emblems with purple/ oil slick overlays (and a purple overlay on the SI emblems), 30% tint all around, and Mugen rep sunvisors. Otherwise car is and has always been completely stock. We were the second owners.

Car has been in one minor accident, where my wife hit an animal on the highway and cracked the lower driver side front bumper cover (May 2017). Bumper, fender lining, and other related equipment were replaced professionally. Hood was also resprayed at this time to correct rock chips, so front end looks almost brand new minus the sun spot on the fender.

Car is located in Tallahassee, FL. Willing to deliver the car within reasonable distance (we'll say 4 hours- so Orlando to Atlanta) for the right price.

If you're looking for a bigger cars with a manual transmission try the 2012 or 2013 Subaru Outback. The lower models made a manual transmission. We actually bought a higher model but I always regretted not getting that manual. The only downside is that it's a 4-cylinder. The H6 is a lot more power but obviously it burns a lot of gas. It's my first Subaru but those things are built like tanks.

The other thing to consider is are you sure you want to get a manual with a new baby?

Thanks for the advice and yup, 100% sure about the manual. Our truck is automatic. This will be the wife's daily, and she's having none of anything not in a stick shift.

The outback is on our list for sure. We actually looked at one awhile back when we were first thinking about having kids.

Sorry. I got confused. I thought you wanted to part with this 'small' car to get a bigger car. But you already have a bigger car for the wife...So you need two big cars I guess???
Have you tried CL or Auto trader? The Si is in demand afaik.

Yeah basically need one big car (the truck) for towing, in town work, etc, and a bigger than compact car that's decent on gas since the wife's commute is a long one.
Have it up on CL and Facebook, and it will be going up on AutoTrader next week.
