For Sale:
2.4L (KA24DE) rebuilt engine/Tranny/ECU/Stage one clutch:
I bought the car with the engine running prefect, then the timing chain busted the timing chain guide. The car was kept in a garage after that while the engine was rebuilt by my father who has been in the auto business for 50+ years. Owns his own garage and did the work to the engine for me. Everything that was replaced was only for purposes to ensure that the engine ran again and had no issues. After finishing the engine I decided that I was going to transplant something else into this car. The engine hasn't been started since the rebuild. There is no warranty on this engine, it is sold AS IS. If any questions arise in the process of inquiry I will have my father available to answer questions also. Though most of it is straight forward as for the parts we replaced.
Parts/work list:
Flywheel Turned
Stage One Kit- Kevlar
Head Planned- 6 thousands- Tested
Crank Polished
Timing chain idler gear – heli coiled
New timing chains and guides
New oil pump and front housing
New belts and hoses
New rings and bearings- clevlite
All new gaskets
Transmission has had no work done to it, but did work prior to engine failure
ECU comes with wiring and is uncut

Just because you spent $1000 on parts to rebuild it doesnt make it worth $1900...other rebuilt KA's go for 750 or so
