5.0L Swap wiring

Hey guys, im wondering if anyone has an in-depth write-up for the 5.0 swap in an S13. (Fuel injected)

Ive been looking on google and reading posts all without much luck. What i have found is you dont have to hook into very many wires in the engine bay to the stock harness, but no posts have been very informative.

Purists please dont hate, im wanting to take the road less travelled and I know the 302 very well.

Im not looking to built a complete custom harness, Id like to use a ford harness and pcm/ ecu, ive read its pretty easy to make the stock ford pcms a standalone- yet without any details.

If anyone has a link or real world expirence please share.

Another reason id like to do this swap is for the cost.
The only thing you have to fab is the driveshaft and modify the rack shaft. Explorer motor mounts drop in the s13 subframe and the stock trans member can be used easily with ford mount and drilling one additional hole.

Thanks
