S13 sr20det + WS pro harness misfire

Hello ive been having an issue lately with my sr20, it is only firing on cylinders 2 and 3. all 4 cylinders have spark and fuel. i recently picked up a ws pro harness that was previously wired for ls coils. after putting the ignitor plugs back on i had this issue. its strange because another buddy of mine is having the exact same issue, he also has a ws pro harness that was using ls coils. cas has been swapped, injectors, etc. im 100% positive its a issue with the harness. can anyone else chime in if they've ever seen or experienced this issue? we are both running 62 computers. i also swapped mine out with an e5 to see if it would solve anything and it did not.
