I MADE 320HP 290LBS AT 14-15LBS, i was able to go with more but i held back to be safe with my motor, TOMEI website they claim its rated for more power 450+

The spooling depends on your mod setup, the injectors depends on what you want to run with your setup, i have 1000cc injectors, i felt full boost 3500-4000
