Not so happy with them right now...
I ordered muteki lugs through my old nissan dealership account, had my GF pick them up... waited a couple weeks to install and now realize they gave me 1.5 thread pitch. Arent most if not all nissans 12x1.25??? They dont have the correct lugs in stock and they are back ordered forever... not to mention still want to charge me %20 to restock lug nuts. They screw up and I pay the price ...sounds real fair. This will definately be that last time I shop with them. although I guess technically its my fault for thinking they would get me the correct lugs the first time and i wouldnt have double check. GRRRrrr.../rant

got my nagisa seat rails from them in 3 days on the free shipping deal!
very happy and the raisl came in a box using japanese newspaper for cusioning hahaha very nice touch! thanks FRSport!!! i also got 2 federal 595's from them a couple years back, got them no problem all the way in yokosuka, japan! |

these guys are good! had all but one item in stock, and called me to let me know within hours!!!! sometimes OTHER companies leave me hanging for days only to call and find out that "the parts are on backorder" or other b.s. will do business again +1000

Very Impressed! I ordered a bunch of crap from them and it got here in just under a week. I am in Japan, and it was over the 4th of July Holiday, so I say that was pretty quick! On my account with them though, you can check the order status and there is a spot for tracking numbers, but I never received a tracking number...oh well, the stuff got here fast and it is what I ordered! Thanks!

I've been a long time customer of FRSport now, and each transaction I get to bug the crap out of Davis but he has been just a pleasure to deal with. He takes the time to explain, and if he doesn't know something he won't BS, or he'll find an answer for me. Customer service is awesome, and one of the cheapest to get shipping to Hawaii. Very responsive both online and/or e-mail, I haven't had any problems with any of the stuff shipped to me. When a part is out of stock or on backorder, they call me on the phone to tell me, and if there is a substitute part they will let me know.

So over the past few weeks I've been gathering parts in my shopping cart, and recently the KoyoRad (which was one of the many parts) went on clearance, I called today to see if they had the parts in stock and Davis told me they did, I told him I would be there later today. I finally got there after driving through 1 1/2 hours of traffic and Davis helped me out. I had forgotten my list at home, but he told me he could gather everything off my shopping cart online, confirmed the prices and came out from the back with a cart full of parts. He then laid them out on the counter and double checked everything with me in both part number and quantity. As I was gathering everything he offered to help me carry the parts to my car, I declined and he asked me to hold on a second, he went in back and quickly found a box for me to throw everything into. That doesn't sound like much, but that extra bit of attention to the customer means a lot. Great customer service!
I will definitely buy from Davis @ FR Sport again! |

BEST PRICES ON PARTS... PERIOD! I have several purchases through FRSports (S14toR32/Z32 full brake stainless steel conversion lines & DIF spin knob to name a few) & have always felt confident in my products & the fact that I would be getting the best prices on the market. Plan on doing a shit ton more business with these guys.

If the item I want is on FRsport, I buy it.
Anytime I call, they always pick up. It is always nice to know that you will get a reply off these guys. They ship quick, no messing around here. Good job FR keep it up

I've ordered 95% of my parts from them. When I ordered the wrong metal for my bov flange, I emailed them and they changed it right away. They are great people to deal with. I live in NY and every order arrived within a week with normal shipping.

the BEST! i dont know anyone else that has the best customer service, fast shipping, great deals, etc... than frsport.com. i ordered all my stuff from them. they even called me to say that the part was back ordered. and i talked to them about buying a head gasket set, and told them that i needed the part ASAP, and the package was delivered to me the NEXT DAY! great people. easy to deal with. you wont regret it! +1

I have ordered things from them over the past months. I have had problems with my fans controller from day one...programmed but never worked. Called them up I told them everything they needed to know about the flowchart problems and they are warrantying the controller no questions asked.
Great customer service....jsut sucks that they are so far away and I have to pay to ship a product twice that I never got to use....oh well I am still happy!
