SAI way off... Alignment question
Alright so I have a s13 240sx and my SAI and included angle is way off. I'm not exactly sure what I should look into to fix this or if it is even worth my time to fix. Here are my specs. I know my car was in a small collision previously but it was only the radiator support being a little bent on the left side so I do not think it affects this. Any input would be great.
Front Left Camber -3.1 (spec is 0- 1.5) Caster 6.9 (Spec is 6.0-7.5) Toe 0.10 (Spec is .02-.11) SAI 16.6(Spec is 12.5- 14.0) Included Angle 13.6 (spec is 11.0 to 14.0) Front Right Camber -3.1 (spec is 0- 1.5) Caster 7.1 (Spec is 6.0-7.5) Toe 0.10 (Spec is .02-.11) SAI 22.1 (Spec is 12.5 - 14.0) Included Angle 19.0 (spec is 11-14.0) |

If you have slotted coilover brackets, make sure they're pulled to the same location (I shim mine so I pull out as hard as I can so I get a consistent attachment there). This could be why yours is off.
I'd also zero out that toe. Over 3 deg camber plus that much toe is going to chew through your tires in no time.

Changing your wheels offsets and widths has an effect on your scrub radius and SAI.
You're moving the steering centerline around. Though I might be confusing the two.

Well the thing is the offset of the wheels is the same on both sides, but the sai has over a 8 degree difference

meaning the car is seriously bent (SAI is around 15° ). It can be from a bent knuckle, upper chassis mount, or really crappy coilovers with poorly slotted mounts. My money would be on the knuckle though.

Good input I'm going to be changing the spindle on that side along with both of the lower control arms. Doubt the stance coils are causing anything. Do you think I will be able to see a bend on the spindle?

Your best bet is to measure from hole to hole on a known good knucke, then check yours. i don't think you can see that by eye unless you have already seen that kind of damage, it could be just a millimeter here and there.
