anyway like i said its a beautiful car, but unless it comes with DOT/EPA/and NHTSA paperwork from a registered importer on their list which is what mine came with, its not 100% legal, so like you said search all you want and see all these posts about i got my car legal and my friends friends did too, unless you own a car that legal and have actually gone through the process, not just read about it, you are incorrect..
and on top of it, when it become 100% leagal it is REQUIRED to have a US digit VIn, not keep the JDM one, which again is what had to be done to mine during its FEDERAL process.

If you could STICKBOIE could you PM me and tell me how its 100% legal, i have someone interested here, but before he puts down that kind of money he wants to VERIFY it legal first

i never stated it was 100% legal. but if you already own a 100% legal imported car you must of been down that long road of getting it to be 100% legal. so you should know about the S15's in the states, and these questions shouldn't come up. just reading "registered under the 9 digit vin" should be more than enough for someone that has a 100% legal imported car. not to mention it clearly says "state legal". Very nice car. Honestly, who cares about the wheels/intake manifold. As long as you're not making big power numbers/tracking it, its all you need. Doing the same on my R32.

I will however have to put in a negative comment regarding the seat replicas. Not so much for "mad JDM tyte" style points, but just safety. You don't want to have to rely on the seat to not buckle in the event of an accident...
